What is a 'must-have" for you in a town? It’s important to have access to a wide range of cultural events: concerts (mostly classical music), museums, theater, book stores and also pretty places to walk. I would also be much more comfortable in an environment of diverse people, one in which differences are celebrated. (It was actually quite hard for me to rank those items above.)
What is a deal-breaker" for you in a town? A cultural desert would be a deal breaker, along with a small, close-minded town or a place that is not easy to get to and from without a car.
