This is the first forum contribution for Gaillacjust to get the ball rolling. Tarn is a region near the Dordogne but with just a shade more wildness to the landscape and less populated by English-speakers (though plenty love Tarn as well!) Do you know Gaillac? We;d love to hear about it.
