Market in Place Lafayette and lunch with two French language professors.

John and Rita Isbell have been teaching French all their lives. John is originally from the US, by way of a British education.  Rita was from Kazakstan but taught French in the US for a good while.    They retired a few years ago, travelled the world for three years and finally chose France, and Angers as the place to make their permanent home.  Lovely people, skilled teachers and recent Angevins  — they’ll be happy to share their story and hear yours.   They live RIGHT next to the Place Lafayette which IMHO is the prettiest of the town markets…and an easy tram ride from the center of town.
