One thing you might not know about this town is that it's the only reall 'mountain" town we have on our whole list. Annecy, even further in the French Alps gets rave reviews but is considered very pricey. Chambery is not as deep in the mountains, and while not cheap, a bit more affordable . Tell us something we might not know about Chambery
