Here is our first comment on Dijon to get the ball rolling. The impression we have of Dijon is very disctinguished, and very very food and wine oreinted. We don't consiter ourselves as distinguieshed or food/wine aficianados. Is there something else to Dijon? We'd love to hear more from fans of Dijon/
