Ok, OK, there's no other place like Paris. But Montpellier's architecturs is reminiscent of Paris, it's massive university population makes it a Mecca for culture...and excellent healthcare. And it's less than an hour from the Mediterranean. With WWWWWAAAAYYY better weather.

Montpellier is a nice city to visit, but I'd prefer to live in a smaller town nearby.
