Pastry cooking lesson #2
Our kind owner/ landladts (Annella) at the Suites Angevines has a friend, Claire, who is an excellent and trained pastry cook (although that is not her profession now).
We will hold the lesson in the Suite Terrasse ( which is Charlotte’s apartment, for 3 hours (maximum): preparation, cooking and tasting. The plan is for each person to prepare 2 portions so that everyone can keep one portion to eat later.
Claire will bring the ingredients and the necessary equipment. There would be a contribution of 35€ / person, which we would ask you to bring with you in cash. PLEASE NOTE THAT THIS EVENT IS LABELLED FREE BUT IT COSTS 35 EURO. (One of the limitations of the software is that one cannot list a cost of an event without enabling a ‘payment gateway’, which is way too much trouble.)
Once we get the attendees (the first four to sign up) they can choose between one of the four different recipes above:
- Tiramisu avec préparation du biscuit + financiers
- Choux à la crème saveur vanille avec caramel + financiers
- Eclairs au chocolat, glaçage chocolat + financiers
- Tarte au citron avec préparation de la pâte + financiers
