We are thinking of going back to Uzes and gradually increasing our time there each year. If we were going to spend one month, two months, or three months there, what time of year would you suggest to be there? Each season or time of year seems to offer different advantages/disadvantages. I'd love to hear what you'd recommend.
I think the fall is heavenly. I was there in October and it was perfect. I was also there from end of Jan to end of April. And spring was not early and the wind (the one that blows the ears off the donkey) probably blew a third of the time. I don't know if that is typical but.....;-(
