Curating the needs of people wanting to stay in a location in France for about 3 months.

 Our goals:  
  • connecting kind owners whose facilities are well-suited for longer stays with responsible tenants  ,
  • combining our buying power to obtain better prices
  • offer owners fuller properties with vetted, financially responsible clients 

Affordable: some towns might include   Perpignan, Saumur,  Bricquebec, Dol-de-Bretagne, and Jonzac  — all estimated between 1400  – 2000 Euros  per month cost of living (The cost of living score is calculated from property prices, average rent costs, and fuel prices.)

Excellent transportation: some towns might include Nimes,  Yvetot, Vence, Rennes, Nice, Perpignan, Nantes, Montpellier

Super Sunny: Aix-en Provence, Capestang, Saint-Remy-de-Provence, Uzes, Pezenas, Montpellier

Moderate 4 Seasons ; Saumur, Cahors, Chalon-sur-Saone, Jonzac, Bagnoles-de-l’Ornes, Lyon, Dijon

South and West: Castres, Cahors, Castelnaudary, Gaillac, Perpignan, Bordeaux, Riberac

Any Newcomer’s Dream: Uzes, Vence, Nice, Aix-en-Provence, Strasbourg, Colmar
