SUMMARY:Pastry cooking lesson #2
DESCRIPTION:Our kind owner/ landladts (Annella) at the Suites Angevines has a friend\, Claire\, who is an excellent and trained pastry cook  (although that is not her profession now). \nWe will hold the lesson in the Suite Terrasse ( which is Charlotte’s apartment\, for 3 hours (maximum): preparation\, cooking and tasting. The plan is for each person to prepare 2 portions so that everyone can keep one portion to eat later. \nClaire will bring the ingredients and the necessary equipment. There would be a contribution of 35€ / person\, which we would ask you to bring with you in cash.
